Your pickup day depends on your location. When you sign up for service, we'll let you know your regular pickup day. We maintain the same schedule each week so you always know when to expect us.

What time should I put my garbage out?

Please have your garbage cans at the curb by 6:00 AM on your pickup day, or the night before. This ensures we don't miss your pickup if our route timing varies.

Do I need to provide my own garbage cans?

Yes, customers are responsible for providing their own garbage cans. Any standard garbage can will work, but we recommend sturdy cans with secure lids to prevent animals from getting into your trash.

What if I have more garbage than usual?

If you occasionally have extra garbage, we'll do our best to accommodate it. For consistently larger amounts, please contact our office to discuss options.

What happens if my pickup day falls on a holiday?

We observe certain holidays throughout the year. When your pickup day falls on a holiday, your service will typically be delayed by one day. Please check our Holiday Schedule page for specific information.

How do I pay for service?

We offer several payment options: online through our Pay Now page, by mail, or by phone. You can choose to pay monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
